Once the vehicle is on the trailer, your driver and dispatch representative will stay in touch with you. Your vehicle will be fully insured during the transportation. At the time of delivery, the vehicle will be released to only the person who was assigned as the drop off contact. This contact must be prepared to sign the bill of lading agreeing that the vehicle has arrived in the condition that it was picked up.
